When can I purchase prints?
We’re in our soft-launch phase — refining every detail before opening our doors fully.
Our first collections will be available to purchase from mid November.

What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Each print is made to order and checked carefully before it leaves us. If your print arrives damaged, we’ll replace or refund it — for any other reason, please reach out within 7 days and we’ll see what we can do.
What if I change my mind after purchase?
As long as you reach out to hello@theprintembassy.com with the subject line CANCEL within 12 hours, we'll be able to swap or refund your order immediately. After that time, prints are sent for production and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
When will I receive my order?
Every Embassy print begins its journey slowly — made to order, handled with care, and shipped from our early production partners.
Each piece is printed fresh, never stored: trimmed, checked, and approved before leaving the press.
And while good things take time… great prints can take from 7 and up to 21 days, depending on your location.
We know that sounds like forever — but trust us, when it arrives, you’ll see why we take our time.
And as our global print network grows, delivery will become faster and smoother — so we thank you for your patience while we find our rhythm during our opening year.
Where are your prints made?
All prints are produced locally through our network of fine-art print partners, using museum-grade paper and sustainable inks. More information can be found in every product description.

We tend to agree — most of it really is!
However, here at The Print Embassy, we don’t chase prompts or pump out digital wallpaper. Every piece we release is guided, edited, imagined, redesigned, graded, and finished by human artists — the technology is just one of the many brushes in our collaborators’ art box.
Sometimes we use AI to explore texture, emotion, and rhythm in ways traditional methods can’t. We then refine, remix, and remaster until it feels alive. Human.
So yes, AI sucks when it’s soulless.
But when it’s heart-led, it becomes something else entirely: art that couldn’t have existed before.
What's a Signature Oversized Print?
A Signature Oversized Print is our standard format: 50×100 cm / 20×40 in.
Large enough to transform a wall, detailed enough to hold a gaze. Printed on museum-grade Hahnemühle Photo Rag (308gsm) with water-based inks, each piece is mastered for scale, texture, and depth.
When do you release new prints?
We add new pieces to our Core Collection every few days — these works available year-round.
Once a month, we release a limited-edition X-Collection drop of 10–15 prints, each limited to just 50 copies worldwide.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free — always. No surprises at checkout.
Do you offer bespoke orders for design and hospitality projects?
Yes — we collaborate with design studios, hospitality groups, galleries, event and cultural spaces on larger or bespoke print orders. Email hello@theprintembassy.com with the subject Bespoke Enquiry and a few project details, and we'll reply personally.
